“Truth be told, I was bummed to find out about the (new for 2026) $14 per person entrance fee on fall weekends to do anything more than just visit the barn. We come to Larriland to pick the produce, not the extra stuff. We were temped not to return, but we chose to visit early on a rainy Sunday just to try it. It was great! The rain kept most folks away. We got great apples, beets (who know they were so much fun to pick?), raspberries, pumpkins, and sunflowers. We did sample the apple fritters and cider. A little shopping at the Red Barn. Three hours of fun that was a whole lot better than previous years.”

“The prices here are great, especially on meat, and the store is very clean. However, it’s worth being a little cautious with some of the fruit selections. I’ve had issues with quality at times, like bananas that were partially rotten inside and a pineapple that was very bitter and didn’t ripen properly. Aside from that, it’s a solid place to shop with good overall value.”
