“This is my favorite place for hardware and keys. I can find everything quickly and easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and eager to assist. I was able to get a key copied here that other stores were unable to make. Liam was particularly helpful. And another young man helped us open up a utility knife and installed the blade for us! “I came in looking for a specific metallic paint color finding only your Fort Avenue location was the only store to carry the metallic paint and had only one gallon of silver left. The color I needed was a champagne nickel. The young woman who was waiting on me said she could try to mix the color if I could show her a sample of the color. I pulled two chips and said it was between those two. Well when I came into pick it up several days later I was simply amazed. It was the perfect color, spot on just what I had wanted So very Pleased! Lauren rang me and mixed a quart accent color and was very helpful. “I had a last minute need for paint (my contractor was ahead of schedule and was ready to paint next day) and I walked in 30 minutes before closing, an inconvenience I felt terrible about. The associate, Alex, answered all my questions and went out of his way to provide everything I needed. He was friendly, patient, attentive, boxed everything up and even carried my paint and supplied to my car for me. Excellent service!”
“Sherwin Williams in Homeland is one of the best SW in the Baltimore area. The Store Manager, Andrew T, is very patient, explains in great detail about the various paint products, and has a good sense of color. He is also extremely organized and always asks to place the room location on the paint, which is so helpful when you’re painting an entire house in multiple colors.
I’ve observed him interact with his employees and he treats them with respect and kindness. He’s a true team player.
I highly recommend you visiting his store (near Belvedere Square and Staples). I also highly recommend SW promoting him within the company.”

“I really like having Sherwin Williams in my neighborhood. I can get a quality product in a super convenient location. The staff are always helpful and patient. The store is tidy and easy to access. On my latest visit the sales associate, Morgan, went above and beyond to help me chose colors and combinations. The check out process was efficient and no one gave my loud 4-year-old the stink eye. I was greeted and helped immediately. At least some of the staff is bilingual which I think is a bonus.”
“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”

“I had an exceptional experience at this store! The builder had given me a quote on a color so that I could touch up the trim around my front door. But they gave me the wrong color number and what I ordered was way off. The staff at this store were very kind and helpful. They took the paint that I had purchased and using a couple of chipped paint pieces from my porch, was able to adjust it to the correct color. The match is so perfect that I can't tell where my touch up begins.”
