“I had the unfortunate experience of dropping my I phone in hot tub. It was working but screen was flashing and barely visible. I brought my new I phone to this store and had 2 wonderful people help me with the impossible. Couldn’t remember my password for I cloud to transfer data. Lots of trial and error. After 2trips to the store, and given a final and only Hail Mary Pass, I was sent home with written instructions, step by step that might restore password with my at home WiFi. It worked!
