went on a Friday and there was no wait time and many staff members that were available to assist. The overall process of updating to a new phone was quick and easy and I was able to trade in my old phone. I have T-mobile as a carrier and getting the Iphone from Apple’s Dax helps me was very professional

My experience at this store was excellent. Someone helped me within seconds of arriving to upgrade to a new phone.
