βThis is possibly my favorite online shopping interface. It's easy to select what I want, even when I'm not quite sure what it is. Sorting and filtering are top-notch, as is the selection of fastener types and materials. The type descriptions are a treasure trove, too. I suppose I should mention reasonable prices, fast shipping, and the fact that every order has been in stock.β
βI have always received great service at Ace Hardware in Hanson. The staff is helpful and personable especially the man with the white pony tail. I think he is the manager.β
βSuper glad to find this hardware store. Open on Sunday and the very helpful team member quickly found the stainless screw I needed. Drove from Dorchester to find a real hardware store and not a big box. Worth the drive!β

βI have frequented this harbor freight location for years now. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful but now with the addition of Ronald to the staff its that much better! He welcomes you when you walk in even if busy checking out another customer or doing something else. Makes the checkout process enjoyable with his upbeat attitude and conversation. Great hire HF!Update--Still a good store. Always clean and items stocked.β

βPurchased a Scag Patriot from them in August, had an excellent experience. The owner Don worked with me and even found a manufacture rebate for me. He also called me a couple weeks after the purchase just to check in and see how I was liking the mower. Great guy and business.β
βI went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.β
βAlways find exactly what I am looking for at an excellent price. I'm a paid yearly inside track club member and the savings I get using this club easily pays my annual membership fee at least 2-3 times. If you're not a member of Inside Track Club then you're not on the right track. ?β

βI can't thank Ron, and the Hingham Lumber staff, enough. My wife backed into our garage door and we were quoted close to $10k to replace it. I took out the damaged panel, and Ron was kind enough to repair it. Not only did he repair the damage, he did so whilst preserving what he could saving me money in the process, and making it better than it was before. All in, close to $600 later and I have a panel that looks better than before and have saved time and money! Now, as for the color matching, that was on me. Thank you Ron!β

βWe bought and prepaid for some tile at the wareham location for a pickup a few days later. When we arrived the store had sold them out from under us and we were left stranded- we were directed to the bridgewater store which we went to pick up the tile the next day. We went to customer service where we met with Salem- who immediately was apologizing for the experience and that she had heard this exact situation from the exact same store on more than one occasion-she immediately asked if she could do anything further for us, of which we said no we were just grateful to find the same tile for the same clearance rate- all I asked was that I get it loaded with a forklift cuz I had recently hurt my back, she asked if I was offloading it, which I was, so she said ok well since you had this issue and had to come all the way here if youβre ok with me delivering them in 6-7 days we can do it waive the fee because of the inconvenience, which saved me not only my back but time with my family I had already previously missed out on due to the experience at the other store. We didnβt ask for this. We wouldβve been happy doing what we planned initially but she was keen enough to understand our relationship with HD had already been tarnished and she wanted to correct it, which she did, and we appreciate it greatly. Thank you Salem & the bridgewater store as a whole for assembling a conscientious teamβ

βService is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. βThis shop has everything for remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and floors. They have very nice showroom setups for kitchen cabinets with matching back splashes. The tiles are quality and trendy. Their prices are however slightly above moderate but there's ample parking available.β
