“A store that knows what they are doing. Going here for now on since my Home Depot nightmares. Too many kids working there or more like staff acting like kids playing on phones and ignoring customers. I have not see that happen at any Harbor Freight store at least when I have been there.”

“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“I bought an Auger Belt for my Ariens 1128 Snowblower since my belt had broken off during the storm of 2026. While I was buying the belt , the Repair Technician came up and noticed that I had picked up the belt, and let me know in precise detail the steps that were needed to replace the belt. Following the directions, I was able to install the belt with ease without experiencing any of the gotchas which he explained that I could meet during the installation. Thanks Hingham Lumber for the excellent service!”

“If you are purchasing something from this Particular Tractor Supply online call first because their inventory is Off!
The first time this happened I saw an item showing 4 in stock online, paid for item, go to pick it up, none in stock! After that I called on two separate occasions both times showing in stock online but not in stock in actuality.
I had to edit this review because once again, online showing CO2 cartridges and a BB pistol in stock but both items are actually not in stock. The lady on the phone actually said to me, sometimes it takes time for when items come in for the inventory to yada yada yada! everybody out there who are going to say it's COVID-19 blah blah, this has been going on long before COVID-19.”

“The store manager saved five minutes of my life by bringing me right to the circular saw section. It was on the left. I almost always go to the right when I go shopping, so I would have walked through all the isles until I came upon the circular saws. It would have been a huge waste of time.”

“Service is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. “ARWINDA IS THE BEST! She has such a kind soul. She saw my trying to get rid of my change at the self serve register and when I overloaded the machine she did everything in her power to fix the issue. When the next option was using the register, I did not want to make a Worker count coins so I decided to pay with regular dollars and arwinda Pushed the other Worker gently aside to let them know that she was going to count the change and even when I said no, I don’t wanna make you do that. She kept counting the change. She ended up counting $11 and change quarters nickel and dimes and not only did she take my payment in coins she exchanged four dollars of quarters that I had and Gave Me dollar bills instead she is truly remarkable.”
