“I needed a new iPhone and iPad. I worked with Nicholas M. (not the manager Nick) who was both knowledgeable and patient. I wanted a white phone which they did not have in stock but Nick was able to personally go to another Verizon store to get me the white phone. He answered all my questions, transferred all my information from the Cloud and managed to get me some substantial credits as well. I was very pleased with my experience. Elaine”
