“Highly Recommend Rob & his teams!! We recently moved and had to split our move into two separate days due to our PODS unit not arriving on time. Each day was a separate team that Rob had help us and both were awesome. Extremely professional, careful, and they were very accommodating/organized when packing up and unpacking our furniture & belongings.

“I need to say that I don't have a ton of experience with storage unit rentals.. Was my first establishment. ALTHOUGH. I am a freaking decent, and empathetic person with common sense. Meaning-
I don't need storage unit experience to know that Stephanie- the General Manager (don't quote me on title, im writing this a little late tbh should have written a review a while ago)- is absolutely AMAZING. I can't tell you how stressed I was on several occassions, and I'm sure she understood it wasn't AT her, and either way I read people well. She related, and genuinely wanted to help save money where possible and get me the unit that best suited my needs. (as she manages atLEAST two locations that I know of for sure.. One has inside storage, other outside or not temp controlled. I booked the wrong location and again she was extremely helpful and understanding. She helped where she could and that was a common theme going forward working with her. & Thats what it felt like dealing with her- we were working together to solve a problem. Even though obviously, i asked to rent.. responsbility is on me. TBH Got canned and was brokeyy and she was very understanding. I also will say I'd like to think i wasn't taking advantage of her kindness and efforts. I think it's easy in todays economy/just vibes socially generally speaking- most humans just want to do whats expected (bare min) and go home and enjoy the time they have.. Stephanie wasn't messing with that kinda vibe lol. She was always either running around, on the phone, computer, moving and jiving, being the awesome human, manager, super mom (seen her with kids, after hours just to help a worker) JS. she's legit. Give her a raise cause you def got hella more months then you would have, if she hadn't worked there and that's on PERIODT. xoxoxo Hope youre well steph <3!”
