“The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. Olek and team explained that the issue was the valve body, not the transmission as a whole and then they set about finding the most cost effective and sensible solution. In the end they replaced the transmission with a used 18k transmission for $8k. I saved $13k. Most of all though, I admired their honesty. When I picked the car up they said they thought the new transmission would need to be broken in and asked me to drive it for a few days to check - when it still didn't feel right, they picked the car up from my house and took another look. It now works perfectly - they even offered to pay for my Uber back to the garage to pick up the car. Finally, they are storing my old transmission at no charge while I try to sell it, just because it would be easier for me. As I say, incredible customer service and attention to detail. My car will exclusively be serviced here from now on.”

“Amazing! My daughter’s 2014 Corolla had horrible stains on all of its beige upholstery.

The worst was on the passenger front seat, where some wax candles had melted in the hot sun, several years ago. She’d tried to get it cleaned at several places where she lives, with no success. I tried checking a couple of detail places locally, but no one thought they could succeed.

When I checked at Valet Pro, they said they could do it - no problem. I brought the car in the next day, and the stains are gone! They did the whole interior and trunk - carpets, windows, dashboard, etc.

It’s superb. Money extremely well spent.”

“I reached out to Village Detail after getting overwhelmed with our car’s interior (after 130,000 miles, it can get a little out of control! ?). These guys treated my old Subaru with the same care I feel like a new sports car would deserve. And when I called later that day because an airbag warning light was on, the owner was kind and thorough, explaining that it would likely go off once the upholstery was fully dried, but if it didn’t to let him know and they would make it right. Everything was fine—the light went off in the morning and my husband reminded me we’d been through this once before after spilling a bottle of water on that seat. All to say, I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail.”
