“We used S&R to help us renovate our flooring in our new home, to remove old carpet and install new LVP on a concrete slab. They handled everything from existing floor removal, subfloor prep (it needed a lot of work), and actual installation and the work was flawless. We were working against somewhat of a tight deadline and Nick and Phil turned the whole project around so quickly, and the quality of work was very high, every detail and corner was handled with precision. On top of that, they were very communicative throughout the whole process and made everything so easy for us. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation and cannot recommend their services enough.”
“I love my new rug. The buying experience at Sudbury Rug and Carpet was enjoyable through every step of the process; showroom visit where sales rep made suggestions based on the style I was interested in, allowing me to take many samples home to view in the space, the order and pricing breakdown, expected time frame for completion, quality of binding and pad, and prompt friendly delivery. Highly recommend this company.”
“We hired Flooring Carousel to remodel our first floor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial consultation, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They were respectful of our busy schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the project.
The quality of the flooring exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the final result truly transformed our space. The team also maintained an impressive level of cleanliness while working in our home, leaving everything in pristine condition as if they had never been there.
We highly recommend Flooring Carousel to anyone considering a flooring project. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer focus set them apart.”
“We have purchased carpet on 2 different occasions working with Dawn and more recently Paul and they have both gone above and beyond to help with choices and pricing. The process of requesting measuring for our stairs, most recently was within a day and once we decided on an option (of which they have so many, in many price points), the install was within 2 weeks (would have been quicker but we had to reschedule) - the installer was amazing and their pricing beats anyone in this area. Couldn't be happier with the service and product!”
“After being hung up on by the last flooring place was very happy to talk with Westford Custom Floors who helped me to locate what I was looking for as it was relates to floors. He was very nice and very helpful and today I find that very important.”
“I was very impressed in all aspects of our experience with Rob from Touchdown Flooring. From sales to installation, all has been a great process. The crew went above and beyond with attention to detail and very respectful. Very impressed with Rob and his team and highly recommend them for anyone with flooring needs.”
