“Carpet Carousel is, without a doubt, the best carpet company we have ever worked with. We own a historic home. The walls aren’t straight, the floorboards don’t always sit flat and we had a very narrow staircase that needed carpet. Carpet carousel had extremely skilled installers come to our home to make sure that everything fit like a glove. Their showroom was beautiful and extremely organized. Every person that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and clients. We can’t wait to work with them again on future projects”
“My partner and I recently decided to replace some very old carpet in our living room and hallway. We live quite close to the Framingham Carpet Center so it was the first place we visited. We absolutely loved the place from the moment we walked in :)Over the course of the past 6 weeks we worked with Katie and her team to come up with a plan to lay Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in the hallway and some of the softest and most comfortable wall to wall carpet in the living room.All the staff were very easy to work with and helped us each and every step of the way. We wanted the project to come out just right and as such made many trips to their showroom to take home various samples to test in our space. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and felt like we were part of the Framingham Carpet Center family the entire time.The install crew was prompt, courteous and clean. We could not be happier with the results and the process!”

“We had an excellent experience buying our runner rugs for our 2 sets of stairs at Landry and Arcari. Breanna helped me through choosing the right option by considering the style we wanted and our price point/budget. Throughout the decision making period, she continued to respond quickly to my questions. Additionally, after receiving our rugs, she helped facilitate minor corrections to the cuts of the rugs with a quick turnaround. Also worth mentioning is that the lead times were also manageable which I was worried about going into this process. I highly recommend buying your rugs here.”

Some areas needed to be done on short notice before we moved into a new house we'd just purchased, and they helped make that happen on time. Good prioritization and communication from the office, and the installers (there were many as we had people come out a few separate times for different parts) all did a meticulous job. “I purchased luxury vinyl planks from Post Road Carpet and had them install them in my kitchen and dining room! Quality product, and the installation was superb! Chris and his crew were outstanding, checking in with me during the installation process to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Each day, they cleaned up, making sure to leave the area useable. Had Chris come back for a couple of minor details, which he did promptly. Dawn, the salesperson, was a pleasure to work with, no "high pressure," let me take my time, and really knew the various products that I was considering. I could not be happier with this whole process or with the final product! This establishment is a dream to work with, and I will be visiting them in the Spring to look at carpeting for my family room!Two months later, and I am still loving this floor! Every time I walk into either room, I smile and think, "Why did I wait so long?" Maybe because I was searching for the perfect flooring, and now I've found it! The floor looks just as excellent as the day it was installed, and is super easy to care for. The cork backing on this floor makes it very comfortable to walk on, and it's warm, too (part of the floor is over a cold garage). Not slippery at all if it gets wet. Can't wait to start shopping for new carpeting at Post Road Carpet!”
