I won an auction at the last minute and called this store to see if someone could facilitate a pickup so I could catch a last-minute flight without paying those high prices. Ross was exceptional and was very willing to help me out on this journey, as the auction was very close. He picked up the item for me, packaged it very well, and was professional throughout the entire interaction. I would recommend this site to anyone in the area as they go above and beyond in customer support and will take care of you. “Every time I've been there, there's a woman working checkout, and she is simply wonderful. I can't seem to catch her name, but i want to acknowledge that she does an incredible job. She was ringing out 3 customers at one time today, while trying to get everyone into their app to save money. She is always so sweet and always tries to make sure everyone is getting the best deal possible. Truly, she is a gem and I hope she is appreciated.

She is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. The staples app is hot garbage. But y'all have a queen working overtime to make up for it.”

“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”
