Freds did an awesome job with my (brand new) SUV which was side swipped by a tractor trailer. Everywhere I called had at least a month wait, similar here but understandable in the current market... they got my rental allset for me, i was picked up and brought to enterprise, then simply left the rental there when i got my car. The shop communicated through the whole process and called me to give me an update... I got my car back in a timely manor shining like the day I bought it!! Thanks for helping to give me an easy solution to my problem! My time is very limited and you guys did everything so right!

I went to Fred’s through my insurance referral. The entire process was very smooth and they were very communicative throughout. Most importantly, they did high quality work. I had some front end/passenger side damage from an accident, and they were able to make my car look better than it did before. We brought our mini van there. The work that they did do they did well but ABSOLUTELY did not finish the job that we discussed from the beginning. We were going to be bring another car there but that will NOT happen now.
