“The man who runs the place was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was very upset about my car being rear-ended and consequently declared a total loss. He was very kind and understanding as well. I appreciated his continued help until the car was removed from his lot. He did not charge me for storage and said the other insurance company would be paying.”
