While driving in West Springfield, I chanced upon Arnold’s Auto Body and decided to ask for an appointment. To my surprise, the owner who was at the front desk offered to check it out immediately. With his tools in hand, he meticulously worked on it for about 15 minutes and managed to restore it perfectly. What was even more astounding was that he didn’t charge me a dime. Fast forward to today, I visited again with a new car that had a few rock chips. Without hesitation, the same gentleman offered to help, asking only that I bring in some touch-up paint. His willingness to offer time and expertise without expecting anything in return is a true testament to his character.In a world filled with cynicism, this man reminded me of the inherent goodness in people. I called the shop and met Al Keinath that day. I showed him the damage and he said he would schedule the work when he was ready to take me in.
