Absolutely horrible place. My mother was there less than a week and decided she’d be better taken care of at the hospital than here. She left in worse condition than when she arrived. Do not send your family members here unless you hate them. Staffed like a food court Burger King.

I would like to get feedback from the folks there about the process that my mom is making and information about how she is eating. She told me today that she is not eating because of the prearaid food. Thanks for your support and help with my mom.

The staff are always kind, caring and respectful. It was definitely a difficult decision to place my loved one in a facility where he doesn’t know anyone, but I feel assured he is well taken care of here.
