Receptionist extremely rude and disrespectful visited June 1 2023 7to3 shift has nasty attitude and tone. Her name is Linda. She needs to do some hospitality training.

My review is a bit mixed. My moms morning before I got there was upsetting for her. There was a lack of care until I called and spoke with the director of nursing. The situation was rectified and she had a much better afternoon. The activity department had an awesome fiddler that had all the residents smiling and singing!!

Your system makes it easy to register, take temperature and see my parents. Thank you for the improved system. It helps staff most especially.
