I have been going to Walgreens for years, it's very convenient for me and down the street from my house, the people there are very kind and professional and very helpful and I feel comfortable going there.

The automated system is incorrect when trying to find out about prescriptions you try to talk to someone on the phone and you're under line for a long period of time.

Great store. Very clean and well organized. They have more staff now that the W Springfield store is no longer opened.
