I'm a stickler for good customer service and the gentleman who helped both when I picked up and dropped off could not have been nicer! Got me in and out of there quickly, car was great, clean and ready. I think this is the third time I have rented there and never an issue.”
“No issues renting U-Haul truck here. Could use more staff sometimes I came and no one was at front desk. During open hours they were away. I had to come back later.But truck rental was fine.There is a key drop off place.Toll gets billed to you later. Stay off storrow and memorial.There is keurig coffee in here and couches to sit.”
