“Called the business after finding out my usual Kratom bar was closed ??.
Got a chance to speak with the owner and he was extremely honest, nice and amazing to deal with (I mean honesty on a level I haven't seen in a long time. He messaged me that he was being completely translucent about the fact the only thing I intended to buy was slightly out of date.
This of course is not a problem considering that Kratom really has no shelf life as long as it's dry and I was more than happy to continue the transaction. He expressed how bad he felt about it and gave me a little discount ?)
I was in a mad dash to get my family off to our hotel but I was having such a great time with the owner that I stuck around for an extra 10-15 minutes. Just chit-chatting.
If you're looking for a good, honest local business that will provide you a quality product with exceptional customer service, this is the only place you need to go!!!!

“I went in looking for some glass cleaner for my bowl. The young man working there was a very nice. He walked me over to the case containing the 420 glass cleaner and some of the other ones the bottle I looked at was priced 19.95. I wasn’t sure if it was the exact one I had the last time he reached out and pulled out another bottle he said can I recommend one I said yes he took out randy’s orange label. Five dollars cheaper than the one I was looking at. He said his friends use it. It was cheaper and he didn’t try and upsell me. I appreciated that and I just used it. It worked amazing better than the other bottle the more expensive bottle thank you.”
