I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((We had a great experience. Saved a lot of money. And we are very happy with the svs so far.I definitely recommend this branch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel like home :)

Xfinity unfairly charged me for equipment I didn't order and service they were unable to provide. I was an Internet customer but because they sent me a cable box that I didn't order, I decided to get programming added. I called Xfinity and they were unable to provide programming, perhaps the box was faulty. I gave up the effort. At the end of the season I returned this box sent to me by mistake and the internet modem and learned that they were charging me $170 more for the rental of hardware I didn't request and cable programming that was delivered. Customer Service refused to remove this unfair charge.

Really bad service! I am having terrible experience with this store. It’s been three months I used TIPS to exchange my 3 iPhones 12s with iphone14s. My promotion deal is still not activated! I was given the shipping labels and everything but then their agent Jimmy asked to wait for additional information from Xfinity before shipping the packages. This information never came even after 3 months while Jimmy kept telling me to wait. We finally dropped off the three phones with Ben Levister on 30th September at the store. Ben was to give me call back as soon as the phones are shipped or he spoke with the store manager. No one has contacted me even after 10 days. I called Xfinity customer support and they say they have not received the phones in the warehouse. I have visited this store several times but my issue is not being resolved! I have never received such poor customer service and have no clue what my next steps should be.

This review is for your stellar employee, Princess. She was so kind, quick, and helpful on what is likely one of the busiest days of the year in Boston. I know everyone was stressed out on moving day, but she genuinely saved the day for me. The customer service she provided was fabulous, give her a raise!!!

Been here a few times over the years for versions things. The past two time worked with Travis who is phenomenal. The whole team is amazing. Props to them for getting through the busiest time of year efficiently, quickly, amazingly, while keeping a smile on.

Never trust anything Xfinity tells you. They weaponized incompetence will result in you having unexpected charges and wasting time on the phone dealing with people who promise they've fixed your problems and then don't.

After one Xfinity location told me I could not trade in my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14 since I am not the primary account manager (I am just a regular account manager), they suggested my sister go to her closest Xfinity location to pick up the new iPhone 14 pro for me and have me send in my old iPhone 11 within 21 days. My sister went to Xfinity in Boston only to have them deny her stating they needed me to send in my iPhone 11 PRIOR to them giving or mailing her the new iPhone 14 pro and that I would be left without a phone for a few days while I wait for the new iPhone 14 to arrive. I asked to speak to the manager to resolve this issue since many Xfinity locations were telling us conflicting information, to which the manager could "not be found," even though he was just in the store minutes before this issue occurred. I am very dissatisfied with the service Xfinity has provided because three Xfinity workers had told me suggestions that contradict one another, resulting in me calling Xfinity to resolve this issue repeatedly.

Disappointing. Staff barely knowledgeable. If you want an Xfinity phone, just go online. It's probably a fine place to pick up or drop off cable TV stuff, but not the place for anything complicated.

It's like pulling teeth when you're trying to resolve an issue over 4 months. Unfortunately, they're system is not set up with the same system as when you call on the phone, sad.

I was on Verizon my whole life and had no gripes except it was pricey so I recently switched to xfinity mobile because they said it was the same for cheaper I wanted to write this review on google but my cellular was so bad I wasn't allowed to go on the internet, moral of the story bite the bullet and go with Verizon wireless or T mobile this service is worse than Cricket I've literally been stranded 40 minutes away from my house because my maps wouldn't load and I had to drive home from memory. this is hands down the worst cellular data ever and I'm on the best plan y'all offer, you guys literally getting your WiFi from a toaster.
