Always a great experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Also they usually have small goofy bags for the kiddos to keep that encourage reading or creative thinking.

6 years ago I wrote a rather negative review on here, and they seemed to listen to i and everyone else about our complaints, the entire inside has been renovated, they have cycled out old employees with newer, more kinder ones. This is what a library should be like, well done Amesbury!
