Amherst Farmers Supply is a long-running, family-owned business serving the local community. It is a great place with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store has an unbelievable and good selection of inventory, including odd ball stuff, for gardening, pets, and home needs. It is viewed as more suburbia or hobbyist oriented than for actual farmers. Customers appreciate that they can order anything and value its service, like help with loading, preferring it to larger chain stores.
