Extremely helpful. I needed a 10-foot length of 6-inch PVC pipe for a non-plumbing purpose (squirrel baffles). No one else in the area was able to provide one, but The Granite Group came through!

So very helpful!! Chris G. at the parts counter went out of his way to diagnose our tub plug problem, then proceeded to fix it and gave his email for follow up in case it didn't work, but it did! Knowledgeable, helpful, speedy and courteous. You can't ask for more than that!
