The new branch manager here, Michelle, is amazing!!! She helped me open an account, answered all of my questions, and she did a great job explaining to me everything I needed to know for my checking, savings, and credit card options. TD bank is the best bank I have experienced in the US. Good service and high efficiency. My account was frozen the other day due to some operations. It quickly helped me solve the problem. Phone calls are answered whenever they are made. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. Much better than BOA.
