“Excellent service and friendly as always! I actually come to you folks before I go to my primary bank. Even though I got lost in that mini city called UMass, and was late for my appointment, they took me in and we shared a laugh about it. I can't thank you folks enough.”

“The Amherst Farmers' Market has been affiliated with People's Bank for several years now and the main reason is that they are a great, community based group and very supportive. The local Amherst branch is as friendly and service-oriented as they can possibly be and simply a joy to stop in and chat/banter.... Highly recommend!”

“GREAT experience at the Amherst Bank of America branch. My friend and I went to open some student checking accounts and walked out with not only cards in our hands and smiles on our faces but a new friend in our hearts. Tiffany was more than helpful and made the usual boring chore of going to the bank a delightful way to spend our afternoon. Thank you Tiffany for all that you have done for us. Wouldn't want to open an account with anybody else. Though, I'm sure, every other employee at this branch is incredibly competent and kindhearted.”

“My business and family has been banking with Florence for six years and they are everything I would hope for in a local bank. Customer satisfaction really matters to them, the app is great, and there are never long lines or wait times.”

“Pat (general manager) is treasure! Super helpful. Bank is good overall otherwise, but Pat solves and helps with any and all complicated situations. Did I mention Pat is amazing?”

“TD is like any other financial institution that funds fossil fuel initiatives. They do because consumers that have issues with fossil fuels have an insatiable appetite for fossil fuel. First they drive fossil fuel cars then heat their homes with fossil fuel. If your name isn't Fred Flintstone then keep your fossil fuel rants to yourself. Start by decreasing demand for fossil fuel. Quit driving your car and try heating your home with alternative energy in the dead of winter.”
