“Great service. Our room did not have functioning AC on a hot summer day with nighttime temps 80s in the room. Management comped us for the night and switch our rooms, which was much appreciated. Sucked and lost sleep on an important weekend but at least Management was amenable. So I would stay here again.”

“Location, staff, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness are all good. Had an issue with billing but it was resolved later. My favorite property to stay when I am in town.”
“Estefany at the front desk was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Her excellent customer service made the experience even better. Thank you, Stephanie!””

“I stayed at the Andover Inn for about a month while my house was undergoing repairs. The entire staff went above and beyond. By the end of the stay, i felt this place was my second home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I also stayed in several different rooms. They were all very clean and well maintained. It’s also in a great location, short drive to the center of downtown Andover!”
