“Above and Beyond does not begin to explain the experience I had with this company. I live in Northeast Ohio. I was online looking for a very specific end table to match the set I currently have. It was discontinued 3 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find that they had one in stock. Immediately called them and asked about purchasing and shipping (they only offer local delivery). After some back and forth (with incredible timely communication), they gathered a shipping quote and I made the purchase. Unfortunately, there was some issues with shipping after it was all packaged up.Suzanne drove from Salem to meet with my father half way in Syracuse NY to ensure that we still got the table in a timely manner.
