Is it a “1” teller’s policy, or a bank policy? If I can help it, I will not bank at this location (Andover) again. The teller in the middle with black hair, he is so unprofessional.

Talk about incompetent losers with no personality!! First and last time I will ever go into this bank. Tellers didnt know how to send my fax to TD bank. They could not find the customer service fax number. Waited in line for 20 minutes for no reason at all. Never again. The tellers are ignorant as well as arrogant.

The people there are very arrogant. Nobody took care of me. Nobody told me how long I needed to wait. The people sitting behind the desks took forever to finish their work and acted like bosses. Very bad experience!
