Talk about incompetent losers with no personality!! First and last time I will ever go into this bank. Tellers didnt know how to send my fax to TD bank. They could not find the customer service fax number. Waited in line for 20 minutes for no reason at all. Never again. The tellers are ignorant as well as arrogant.

The people there are very arrogant. Nobody took care of me. Nobody told me how long I needed to wait. The people sitting behind the desks took forever to finish their work and acted like bosses. Very bad experience!

Consistently the worst TD Bank branch on the North Shore. Avoid at all costs, this place is guaranteed to give you a migraine and cause you to reconsider who you bank with. I’ve banked with TD for over 10 years, it’s solid. TD likes to tell you how easy it is to replace an ATM card if you’re a victim of fraud or theft. What they don’t tell you is that how easy that process is depends on which branch you go to. This place is dismissive and indifferent to customers who need a new card. I was told to make an appointment for later this week - when the bank was practically empty, no lines and customer service reps looking around for things to do Save your time and save yourself a migraine - don’t go to this branch.

Teller did not pay attention to the problem I had. She heard "Bank closed the account?" (account was frozen) and closed the debit card. It was completely unnecessary. She then made me jump through all these hoops to activate the new one when I told her I was in a hurry. Teller should be fired because she is not living up to bank's slogan.

The bank has lost several of its experienced professional staff and they have been replaced by younger people, some of whom are quite capable and others who are not.

Tellers and their immediate line management are very rude and unfriendly, often giving conflicting information within a conversation and outright lying on occasion. Not a friendly banking experience at any point.

I've used this location for teller activities that can't be handled by an ATM (rare) and notarization. I have had good service experiences every time.

Haven't been happy with you guys in a long time. Probably going to change banks. Every single time I come to this bank, which is twice a week, I leave feeling crappy. The tellers are rude to me and I don't understand why. I'm nice and an easy customer to deal with. I have been coming here for 7 years and always came in with my grandma who owned a business downtown Andover for 25 years. What happened to banking kind?
