All the instructors are amazing !!! They r dedicated and knowledgeable to all there patrons and I m loving the virtual classes at home

I loved HOME yoga! I took flow 1/2 with Kristin, she was very knowledgable and held a unique class! She gave many helpful corrections and tips during class, cant wait to try other classes offered here!
