I recently had my 27 year-old David Yurman bracelet repaired. not only did they do an amazing job on the bracelet repair but I was wearing my David Yurman ring and they told me to leave it and they would clean both pieces. They look brand new. I am so happy with the service that Royal jewelers offers.
Not only is it a beautiful jewelry store but it's comfortable with noncommission pushy sales people. Beautiful sitting areas where they will offer you espresso coffees waters while you browse.

“Elie was a personable, knowledgeable, and direct jeweler who helped us design the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my significant other. We tried three jewelers and he was the only one that made us feel comfortable. Elie worked with us to find the perfect center stone. When my wife said she wanted a green Montana sapphire, Elie got four of them shipped to the store so we could see them in person. When we said we wanted a nature inspired ivy based ring with a twist he helped make that vision a reality. A month later he helped me design a nature inspired wedding band to match on a short timeline and made sure that I had it in time for the wedding. It's early, but both rings have held up wonderfully.

“My wife was working with Tiffany to update her wedding & engagement ring, resetting the stones in white gold. My wife would have liked to add an additional band with stones but opted not to spend the money to do that. I was able to work with Tiffany to surprise my wife with the additional band. She worked with me in the background and helped me perfectly time coming into the store. She kept my wife distracted at the counter so I could walk up behind her and present the ring. My wife was very surprised. Her response was big enough that everyone in the store was aware of what was going on. It went perfectly.
