“Thursday was my first time visiting Long's in Burlington and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from Ryan. A work colleague recommended Long's as I expressed I would like to celebrate my recent promotion with something very special I have always wanted. I have had my heart set on the Datejust 41mm fluted blue on oyster for quite some time. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and personable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and give me some valuable information on the watch I wanted to purchase and the Rolex brand. He also showed me some of the other beautiful watches on display. Although the watch I wanted to purchase was not available that day, I am looking forward to the day it arrives! Thank you, Ryan!
