“Wow, these folks take good care of their elderly customers! I arrived early for my appointment, and they completed the appraisal of my items in much less time than expected. As a result, I was done almost an hour before my taxi would arrive. The staff asked me whether I had a ride. When I told them about my taxi's expected arrival, they invited me to sit in their lounge till then. Then, shortly before the expected arrival, I went to the front entrance to watch out the window. And the staff brought a chair for me to sit in while waiting! Excellent service! Incidentally, the appraisal consisted of a streak test and a chemical test, which showed that my items had very little value. Because of this, the staff did not even charge me anything for the appraisal!”
