Arlington Coal & Lumber Co. is a very friendly neighborhood hardware store. The organization is described as helpful, patient, and all-around welcoming, especially to those who may not know what they are doing. The staff goes the extra mile with a smile. While they won't have big items like appliances and most lumber, they will have everything else needed to take on a project. Customers report receiving great service and express that they will definitely come back many more times. The service is terrific, with a staff member noted for having a great disposition and always being willing to help.
