“Since we lived in Firestone Park in the 90s, I almost always go to this Ace Hardware. But about a year ago when I needed some screws that would go into concrete, I was in the Falls and stopped into Menards "to save time". The customer service representative was eager please but had zero knowledge about what I was asking or where to find that type of screw. We wasted at least 20 minutes.So I left straight from there and came to Ace hardware in Firestone Park, and they knew exactly what I needed and suggested a drill bit that ended up being perfect for my needs.They have always been highly knowledgeable, helpful, and the prices are great.Don't waste your time anywhere else ?”
“Needed some special pipes and adapters for Insinkerator installation. Tried couple more Ace and Plumbing stores in the neighborhood but did not find what was needed. “Ace is a hardware store. It has tools, paint, silverware, snacks, lawnmowers, weedwackers etc. It is pretty cheap and has alot of different supplies. After buying something you can get a balloon. It is pretty good and it has nice staff”
