We wanted to get her car cleaned and waxed before the upcoming school year, and I called Ray to discuss their services. We agreed on a wash and wax with a little inside cleaning. When my daughter dropped off the car, Ray was professional and didn't try to upsell her. They cleaned her car better than when it was new, and even removed a coffee stain on the driver's seat that' been there for years. Overall extremely happy with their services and professionalism. “This guys an actual hero! I live an hour away and had a dr appointment in needham today. On my way to the appt my (driver side) windshield wiper broke in half in the pouring rain which is my worst nightmare. After my appointment, I spend $60 on new wipers and think I’m good to hit the road.. wrong. My driver side windshield wiper was misaligned and almost broke as soon as I turned it on. I walk into auto zone where the guy who helped me put the wipers on tells me he doesn’t know what to do and to find an auto body shop (drat! foiled again) I pull into this guys shop soaking wet … mind you, this is a collision and auto body center where they’re painting cars all around me. I walk up to the owner, panicked and half crying and tell him what’s going on. He fixed my windshield in 5 minutes without even a huff or a puff. Sent me on my way home without even charging me for the help. THANK YOU!!! thank you for restoring my faith in good people still being out there. You saved my day!”

I love that their office feels friendly and customer-centric—I've gone to others where the office feels like an extension of the shop and not very comfortable to be in.
