He also emphasizes the choice behind repair decisions, taking away the worry of being convinced into doing something expensive and unnecessary, which is always my fear with my little car knowledge. Even though they were closed, the owner was still there and he brought my car in. Monday morning I got a call that they had already ordered me a new tire, and the car was ready later that day. I truly feel lucky to have access to such a great tire shop!”

“Dudley Collision did an outstanding job repairing my car after I was rear-ended. They took care of everything - liaised with my insurance company, handled the appraisal, got me set up with a rental car that was ready when I dropped off my car, and took care to make sure every necessary repair was made flawlessly. And to my delight, they even washed and cleaned the interior when they were finished. Alan was a delight to work with and Donna took care of every detail behind the scenes. Thank you all so much!”
“On August 3 visted Superior Auto for the 1st time after doing
research on all auto shops near me.
It was taking me three to four tries before my suv would start.
Told the front desk the issue and they said they would run
a diagnostic check and gave me a price.
Later on they called my electrical system, belts and everything else passed.
The issue was my spark plugs needed replacing.
Since replacing I haven;t had an issue.
Also gave them a 5 star rating on CarFax”

“Great experience here, Anthony was fantastic. The entire process and team was great, the services out back are terrific. The missing star. They need to update. Spend some money in the establishment. Its an old building and needs some updates. Parking is nonexistent. You typically drive a car to a car dealership right? Where are you supposed to put it? I don't see this ever happening but rebuild from the ground up? I've been on some fancy dealerships. Mirak could use a facelift, give these guys better desks to work from, A rug, better amenities.”
