“I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. I got lucky that they weren't too busy so they could take a look. It end up being the front rotor disk that basically got dislodged. Very scary. They were able to order new brake pads and rotors and fix on the same day within a few hours. I was very appreciative of Jim and the guys who fixed my car. I am a resident of Winchester and have noticed this automotive repair shop before as they are always busy when you drive by it on Main Street. It is a hidden gem so I had to leave this review so others can check them out. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will check them out again when I need additional service for my vehicles.”

“The Boston Glass company is great, they fixed my chipped side window in my Lamborghini Veneno Roadster with a Naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine within 48 hours, and use high quality and affordable glass, which made my Lambo look even better than it did in front of my house, which they decided to fix a window in as a bonus! This amazing corporation fixed the sun window in my 18.4 million dollar mega mansion with an indoor basketball stadium, movie theater. Bar, and diner with a 50 car garage and much more. “After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”
