Do not use. They cancelled my reservation with 45 minute notice and had no replacements for me and no other location within an hour drive had a replacement option. The 800 customer service number hung up on me and left me in a horrible position the day of my move.

Had the worst luck. Had to move my business after a fire. Locked keys in the truck 20 minutes in, storage space wasn't ready, Unloaded the 26' myself...unbelievable. But the people at 1116 Mass ave. gave me all the time and compassion that I needed without a hassle. Turned out to be a great day(s), lol. Thanks!

Wow I’m reading the reviews and totally agree. The truck I eventually got was appallingly gross. I took a wipe to the steering wheel and the wipe turned black. Full pieces of food on the ground, everything was sticky??? Such an awful experience
