“They have the most beautiful well kept tanks
I was given a free small coral after a purchase of a beautiful fish.
Nice store and nice employees”
“My Golden has been groomed by wizard of Paws for several years and always looks and smells awesome, during summer months he swims daily and always gets a puppy cut and it always looks smooth and never choppy, he loves everyone there! Great Servive”
“Will automatically brighten you and your dog's day. The friendliest staff who warmly welcomes you and your dog into the store with a smile and a treat. Your dog will thank you!”
“My dog loves polkadog. Staff is very friendly + helpful. Miranda always gives us a warm welcome and lets us know they're able to help us order anything they may not have in stock. They have a great selection of treats- we love buying the bulk size of the cod skins!”
“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“EDIT: this review was from back when it was still Fish and Bone
Staff are always incredibly helpful with great recommendations-- I have a very picky cat and he's absolutely loved all of the toys and treats I've purchased here. I have also ordered online and had a very good experience. Definitely my favorite place to get pet supplies and I've recommended it to all my friends!”
“Awesome experience. Picked out a variety of snacks for a very picky eater. Staff was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had about this establishment. Loved it”
“I love this pet store! They have a great selection of food and toys, plus the staff really knows their stuff and is always super helpful. It's my go-to place for all my furry friend's needs!”
“Our mini poodle Zuko loves Magdalena. She has a good eye, is familiar with breed standard cuts, and is a great advisor as we consider new styles and at-home maintenance in between sessions. People (including show folks!) always ask where he gets groomed! Regardless of season, Zuko always comes out clean, soft, and fluffy - and I appreciate the quality of the products that Pawsh carries. Between the products and Magdalena’s drying skills, Zuko’s grooms hold shape and look good for weeks. We keep coming in monthly because of her artistry.
Pawsh as a store is fantastic too. Lots of good treats, chews, and accessories. Super friendly staff and lovely owners. I swear Zuko loves the attention from the people more than he loves the treats!”

“Service Like Nowhere Else: I needed a part for my obsolete Weber grill that belonged to my late father in law. Kevin Button located the obsolete part for me and even explained exactly how to install it properly. Installed right and the grill fires like a champ!
Customer for over 40 years-but Kevin did not know that. He was just doing what they all do there-treating every customer like they are important.
Thank you, O’Connor’s!”
“Russel went over and above when I received the wrong order. He personally delivered the correct item and picked up the wrong food. I always get great customer service from the Medford location A+ service Medford
Sincerely
Angela C”
“The best pet store! I used to go to loyal companion before they closed and only Pooped Pooch carried the things I wanted. They are extremely helpful and will get you whatever you need. I recently switched stores because I moved (Savin hill to Asmont) and they made sure to have what I used to order in both stores. They also have deals on certain brands of dog food. Toy organization could be better. 10/10!”
“Great place to get all dog things. I was able to pick up some pill pockets, treats and bones for my dog on multiple occasions. They are so nice to the dogs and almost always gives them an extra treat”

“We just came in to wash our senior pup and this place was incredible. The staff was really kind and let us do our thing. They had plenty of towels, soap and brushes. They were very attentive and kind. Thanks again!”
“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”
“Ordered a cake for our gender reveal and it was 100% worth it. Order process was quick and easy, the cake looked awesome (and was the correct color), and our dog greatly appreciated it. Would definitely recommend!”

“I visited Everything But The Dog and really loved the store! They have a great variety of high-quality pet products, and the shop is very clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly, helpful, and truly care about pets. I enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good pet supplies!”
“Went today to pick up betas for two gifts .
Did not catch the employees name but she was very helpful and friendly . Red beta loved his new home the blue one is still adjusting to so much room”
“This is my favorite small business for pet owners!!
They are BIPOC owned company.
They do in store pick up for orders. Lots of options for dogs, and cats.
There's supplies, coats, food, treats, and CBD honey.
The staff is very helpful and personable.”
“Castor's monthly grooming is done at Pampered Puppies and this time by Agatha, who did a fantastic job!! Thanks Agatha, and thanks to the rest of the always very friendly staff members!”
“Pooped Pooch saved the day. Open on a Sunday afternoon, plenty of parking, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I left with a healthier and more nutritious bag of kibble than our regular brand, and our 70lb girl Sophie loves it. Even with a few extra treats added on, my total came out to just around $30. Thank you!”
“So grateful to find D’Tails since moving into Boston!! Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people to drop my dog off too. They are excellent at what they do, take pride in their work and make it so easy and convenient for me. Highly recommend D’Tails!!”

“My very sweet, 90 pound hound mix turns into an unhinged gremlin for nail trimmings. We've been kicked out of more than one place (with him on doubled up anti anxiety meds). When I spoke to the owner on the phone she said they've only had one dog in 30 years they couldn't do and I thought my Toby would make it 2.
They took him in the back for less than five minutes and he came out happy and trimmed. Highly recommend.”

“I was able to get a Saturday appt on short notice! The groomer was very sweet and listened to what I wanted and she made my pup handsome! I so appreciate the attention she gave and the very sweet staff there. I've already booked my return appointment 🙌”
“Winchester is very fortunate to have such a great pet store! I went in for the first time last week and was greeted by the friendly store employee. He listened carefully to my questions about treats for my picky dog and gave me thoughtful suggestions. The treats he recommended were an instant hit and I was so relieved to have finally found something that my dog liked AND wasn't filled it additives. I also appreciated how they are selective about which brands they stock, ensuring they are high quality and have ethical practices. Look forward to shopping here more.”
“My first time having her groom my little pup and she was absolute amazing ! Wish I would of found her sooner she is great with all grooming detail and so friendly and overall an awesome person to do business with !! My pooch absolute loved her and without a doubt I'd refer her to anyone who wants a trustworthy groomer ! She will definitely see my pup again :)”
“I love a small biz and can’t recommend these enough. i have four dogs that LOVE to chew — we go through bully sticks and antler sheds like the average person goes through toilet paper. Pretty sure they’d chew the earth in half if I let them.
I have very low expectations for any chews labeled “long lasting”, but i saw the summit chews at the sowa vintage market today and figured it was worth a shot .
We’ve been home for almost an hour and they’ve barely made a dent.
…..i just ordered fourteen of them”

“I've been taking my pet here for over 10 years. They are very caring of your fur babies and their grooming skills are excellent. I've never had an issue. I see Chris, she is awesome, but all of the girls are great.”
“The owner Sheldon was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, I had a great time getting my first aquarium. He is definitely an expert, knows what he is doing, and you can tell that he genuinely cares deeply about the animals. I’m excited to get to come back!”
