“I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany at the PetSmart salon. She took care of my fur-baby, and honestly, she is a miracle worker. If you have a pet, you know how stressful grooming can be—for both the animal AND the owner. My little one can be quite nervous, but Tiffany had the patience of a saint. She handled my pet with such gentle confidence that they actually calmed right down. She listened to exactly what I wanted and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my companion, they looked absolutely stunning—fluffy, fresh, and smelling like a dream! But even better than the groom was their mood. They were relaxed, happy, and comfortable, which NEVER happens after a salon visit. Tiffany clearly understands animal behavior and knows how to make even the most anxious pets feel safe and loved. If you're looking for someone who will treat your fur-baby like royalty, book with Tiffany. She is a true gem, and my pet gives her two paws (and a tail wag) way up! 🐾”
