I came here after several bad experiences at the Bedford location. Eve Doyle was amazing! She completed my domestic wire within minutes. If I ever need in person banking, I'll be happy to drive farther away from my Bedford home and visit this store.

I wish to offer a brief accolade to the employees of TD bank on Mass Ave in Arlington MA. I have been associated with TD bank for several years. The employees at this branch are always helpful, pleasant, and professional. As a former banker of 35+ years, these individuals meet expectations for customer service. As the world becomes more and more dehumanized, I hold that nothing will replace a human connection. Thank you. Mary Stewart

My experience with Assistant Manager Sirina Kaykaew was awful. Attempting to cash a check drawn from TD Bank with 2 forms of ID , one being a Ma. drivers license was meet with hostility and agorance. I was told by Sirina that if I didn't like the way she did things, I could go somewhere else. She has terrible customer service skills she refused to cash my check because she didn't like my attitude. She does not represent TD Bank well, and should be fired!

I had to go in the bank today because I was unable to access my online account, which is already stressful. Along with the other stresses of life here was another one that I thought would be pretty simple to fix. The two people that could help were busy, and I had no problem sitting and waiting. The assistant manager that helped me didn't seem to understand what my concern was or thats how I felt still having trouble logging into my account and certainly showed me that she was having none of trying to be kind or empathetic to me.Maybe if there were thousands of dollars in my account I would have been treated differently?This is where I put my money. These are the people that I trust. I came in there stressed but more sad and worried and I left really angry. And I will be closing my account with them because this just shows me who I'm dealing with at this bank. I ended up leaving before the business was finished because why bother when you're dealing with someone like that. Everyone else there has been so nice and helpful over the years so it really stinks that this is the bad taste that will be left in my mouth which will now have me using another bank.

Elizabeth the interm manager is a dimwit. she tried taking my money and not giving it back cuz I didn't have Id with me... been at this bank 15 years. but leaving now...

Just like every where else shortage on help thank your current president JB !!! These woman give there best each and every day even when there not enough help they try to help make your visit a pleasant one ! Always a hello when you walk in the door and smiles ! give these ladies kindness and smiles back there doing there out right best with little help! They deserve recognition for there hard work and kindness each and everyday in these trying days !!

I have always received friendly service from TD Bank. They just know how to hire the right personality of people.This branch is no different. Everyone I interacted with seemed very happy and helped with my banking needs.

HORRIBLE customer service experience just now--zero stars. My brother died in October, in Ontario, Canada, without a will. It will take 2-3 years to receive a grant to oversee the estate. Meanwhile, in everyones interest, I have been attempting to gather my brother's assets and liabilities to that I can settle his debts while waiting for the court to slog through their covid related backlog. This brings me to TD Bank. Had contacted their estates department in Canada and was directed to bring a copy of the death certificate to the nearest branch. Before doing so I called. Was told by the representative (never offered condolences) that I must also bring proof of executorship. I explained this situation and asked how we can work around this. Her reply: "I am not able to help you and I am going to hang up now." This is about as egregious an experience that one can have following a family member's death. Shameful and un-Canadian too. Do better.

I chose to open an account at TD Bank because I had heard wonderful things about their customer service. It was apparent as soon as we walked through the door, this was the case. Ellen helped me at this branch, and was patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though they were close to closing, she set us up with everything we needed. I would highly recommend banking here.
