The store manager, Shawn, was really helpful as well answering any questions I had.
The store is well laid out and clean. I love all the Aubuchon Hardware stores. I rarely shop elsewhere.

Over the last several months I have had the pleasure of interacting with Stephanie on multiple occasions. Throughout this time, she has always been pleasant, personable and professional, not to mention a wealth of knowledge! She has gone above and beyond to help me in my renovation endeavors, most notably allowing me to bring in a 30+ year old door casing that I have struggled to figure out the color / product it was treated with, but desperately needing to replicate as it is used throughout my entire house! Stephanie devoted a significant amount of time and effort into figuring out a damn near perfect match!

“I was looking for castor wheels to install on my kitchen table to make it easier to maneuver when and employee who's name was Amy offered a wonderful idea and alternative, she suggested these circular plastic sliders along with a piece of felt pad to cut and glue so not to scratch my hardwood floors. I agreed with Amy, bought everything and did the install. So much easier and they work awesome. Thank you Amy. I am a regular customer of this store and I highly recommend it. The employees here are always friendly and the customer service is unmatched.”

“When I opened up this website today, all I saw were three one-star ratings. I cannot agree with them based on my overall good experiences at MAKI's in Gardner. I have used them for everything from purchasing a 12' ladder to hardware, fasteners, and lumber as well as miscellaneous tools and sawblades and drill bits. The team at Maki's has always been helpful to me and my wife and I recommend them and their policies. Returns have been easy as well. Overall, I will continue to use Maki for my hoime building and repair needs.”
