“Whenever I need hardware supplies, I come here first. Larger retailers might have more aisle space, but they don't have the warm, attentive team this location has. I’m always greeted right when I walk in and given a hand finding what I need. It’s a wonderful place to shop, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.”

“In 3 years going to this location I have never once had a bad experience. Today stood out among those good experiences because I went to other businesses in town after and none of them even came close in customer service. The location was short staffed this afternoon with one person on register and one employee helping everywhere else. But when I walked in the door the cashier turned and acknowledged and welcomed me in. With a line of at least eight people in front of him. We got the tag for the item we wanted, stood in line he rang us up and after only a couple of minutes of waiting the other gentleman came and helped us load our car. If it wasn't for the obvious long line you wouldn't even have known they were short staffed. There was no one acting frantic, no one waiting too long, no one acting exasperated by requests. Your employees just did their job, and they did it well. I absolutely love coming in to this store. Well done. The businesses of Rindge could learn a lot about customer service from this location.”

“We recently were called to this establishment as they had a leaky roof and we are a roofing company. FHC has been around for many years. They have been a big part in the industrial supply business in the New England area, specifically Leominster and Fitchburg, for over 100 years! I met with their staff as they were welcoming and very pleasant. A family run business for many years. My experience with them was exceptional and heartwarming.
For all those who read this review, if you’re in the need of any type of industrial supplies or construction supplies, whether you’re looking for salt in the winter or Tools for your business or industrial chemical cleaners or specialty tools or many other things. I would say, please support this business as it has been a part of our community for many years and hopefully many years more to come!
I give them a five star for their service to the community and their hospitality. We will also be using them ourselves here in the near future!

“Had a pressure switch fail and blow a leak. This was the first call I made, he knew what I needed, explained the details, he had them in stock. I picked it up , put it in, , could not have been easier. The hardest part was cleaning up the mess.
He knows his business and his price was excellent.”

“We moved, but when we lived nearby. I shopped there regularly. While prices might be higher than the Big Box stores, the convenience more than makes up for it. They have a great inventory and I always found the service helpful and friendly. I miss it!”
