About Best Friends Pet Hotel
Best Friends Pet Hotel is a popular choice for pet owners seeking quality care for their furry friends. Many customers praise the excellent service and the friendly staff, noting that their pets come home happy, well cared for, and groomed. The facility is clean and offers reasonable prices, with promotions and coupons available. Owners appreciate the option to have their dogs groomed on the last day, ensuring they return home looking their best.
However, some reviews mention concerns about the level of staffing and communication. One customer experienced a lengthy check-in process and noted that their dog received an early feeding, which raised questions about feeding schedules and bathroom breaks. This has led to some worries about whether pets are adequately attended to during their stay.
Overall, Best Friends Pet Hotel is recommended for its caring environment and attentive staff, but potential customers may want to clarify specific care routines to ensure their pets' needs are fully met.
