“We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!”

“The staff, Dr. Schwartz, and Dr. Cohen were professional, kind, and very responsive from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for the care my dog received.
During our first visit, my dog was diagnosed with HGE. Unfortunately, we had to return for a second visit because his condition worsened very quickly and by then it had progressed to AHDS. It was unexpected and really scary.
Both doctors were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated that no one pressured me into making any decisions. The doctor took a step by step approach and first recommended bloodwork to understand what was going on. We had the results within about 20 minutes.
After that, they clearly explained our options. We could either give more subcutaneous fluids and monitor her at home or admit her for 24 hour hospitalization. I chose hospitalization because I honestly don’t think we would have made it through the night otherwise.
Thankfully, my dog started to improve. The team was always available by phone, and they even called the day after discharge to check on how my dog was doing, which I truly appreciated.”

“We absolutely love Dr. Silk and the whole team at Silk Vet. They are just as pleasant on the phone as in person. Dr. Silk is down to earth and practical; she is restrained in her treatment recommendations, never recommending something for the sake of billing. She offers choices and personal opinions and we feel very aligned with her. Additionally, the team is very responsive by email and have saved us a trip or two :)”
“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”

“I have nothing but good words to speak of banfeild Holliston. We have brought our 11 year old German shepherd here since 2020 after a bad experience at another vet, they have taken care of him every time something comes up. I took in my grandparents 12 year old cat 1.5 years ago and started noticing she was having issues recently, after yet another bad experience at a different vet, I decided to bring her to banfield Holliston. They were so caring for her and took her right in and although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, they were so compassionate and supportive of which ever path we took for her. Laying out all the pros and cons and giving us multiple options. After trying a few things, she unfortunately got worse and decided to go the humane euthanasia route while she was on a slightly better day and not suffering. The entire staff was so caring and even sending us a card with hand written messages from everyone who met PJ there along with her paw prints. Can’t thank their staff enough and although banfield is a large corporation, this specific location goes above and beyond for your animals.”
“Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”
“Banfield Pet Hospital is wonderful! My cat Hunter needed some teeth extractions. The staff and the doctor were very welcoming, friendly, patient, they explained everything thoroughly and even encouraged our signing up for their pet insurance plan, which saved us quite a LOT of money on the first and second visits so far. This is a wonderful very caring place, that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone. They take VERY good care of my pets. Much appreciated! ?”
