“I am a resident of Ashland, and Family Dollar is definately the "too go store" for just about everything. The store has had a fast turnover of help, but everyone they have hired has always been so kind and helpful in all they do. I have to put a "shout out " for Teresa, she is very accommadating, professional and goes above and beyond to help people, she excels at all she does, and is surely an asset to our wonderful Ashland store, always a joy to see her smiling face. Keep this place going we need this store in our little town.”

“I'm a massive fan of TJ Maxx! That said, some stores are better than others. I just moved to Natick from Boston and this store, in Framingham technically, is right on the Natick border. This is now the closest for me. Went to do a little Xmas shopping 12/14 and wasn't disappointed. This store is huge. It was very clean and organized considering the holidays. Had lots (almost too much lol!) to choose from. There were plenty of cashier's so the line moved very quickly. Plenty of bargains to be had. The only negative thing I could possibly say is that I was looking for some twin sheets for my elderly aunt and there was very little to choose from in twin sizes unfortunately. But I'm hoping I'll have better choices at Home Goods. There is a Home Goods nearby also. I do wish they were right next to each other as they are in many other locations, that would make shopping much easier for me. But a great store overall. I'll be back soon, after Xmas sales are usually fantastic here.”

“Not a huge fan of this store but when we checked out the guy was super polite and nice. I think he might have been handicap. Not an issue but maybe you should hire more people like this. It was nice to not have a rude person waiting on us for a change at any store. Not just big lots. I will be back.”

Here's something I wrote for the Boston Post Rd. Journal (it will be out sometime 3rd week of July for a "Sudbury's best" - we're highlighting gems of Sudbury that give great customer service. This particular shoe store offers an excellent shopping experience for shoe enthusiasts. Their wide selection of footwear, including various brands and styles, ensures that customers can find the perfect pair for any occasion. The store is often commended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations and assist in finding the right fit. “I was first introduced to Homesense when I lived in DC for a while and ventured into one in the VA suburbs; it was several years ago, and I still remember the massive aisle with every decorative pillow I could imagine. Around here, I checked out the Westwood location and it was also well-stocked and organized, and the Framingham location definitely has all the qualities of the other stores.The physical space has more of an "industrial" feel to it, but if you need a sofa or something else that is too large for Home Goods, this is your place. They also have multiples of items, so if you see one chair in a Home Goods and need two, you might luck out here.They also have all of the kitchen, linen and decorative items you need, and nice employees as well. Stop in when you are in the area and check out this store along with your Marshall's and TJ Maxx shopping!”

I am or I could be the spokes model for that store LOL everything I where practically comes from there... I'm telling you if I worked there I'd have to Tell them keep my paycheck because it would all be spent there ?.. great gifts for loved ones also.. beautiful hair products..I could go on and on . “I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”

“Do your employees receive sufficient sick days because the last two times I've come in I've noticed the people checking me out are visibly sick and it makes me wonder if you could have somebody come in who is well just seems weird and unfair for them risking getting anybody sick who they are checking out one after the other, just saying generally good practice to allow sick employees to stay home especially face to face checking someone out”

“This Target had very helpful staff....most Targets do. But as I was trying to find the office supply section, someone saw me looking around with a look of "I don't know WHERE?????!" and she asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the right area and I was able to find the items I was looking for. I found this store very nicely set up and all the items were neatly stocked on the shelves. A nice store to shop.”

“They say you never forget your first time. I guess the same might apply to Target, as this was the first & only location I visited for years, before they began to open them in the NYC area.Since then, the Target run has become a routine thing for me, but the first several times I visited this store were special. Almost event-level outings. I don't expect much out of life. It was also like the next town over from where my parents lived in Hopkinton, so it was kind of an adventure.Self check machines are wonderful. Service assistance is there when needed. And I always found what I came for, though I'd also probably leave with something else.”

“Inside this Target is a CVS pharmacy. My review is with regard to the CVS pharmacy and their staff. The main pharmacist and the rest of the staff are by far the nicest and most helpful, that I have ever seen in ANY pharmacy! They have gone above and beyond to straighten our prescription issues. Find ways to save me money AND treat me and my family better than ANY establishment I have been in. Hands down you will NOT find better pharmacy staff anywhere.”
