Some items are overpriced for what you can get, such as a $300 dinosaur plush with a Christmas hat. It was at least 4 ft tall, but it still is a high price point.”

“I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”

“I came to the Soma location in the natick mall in desperate need of new bras. All my life I have never had a bra that fits me properly and I was nervous to go see a professional since I have always been insecure about my chest. I have never had a better experience in a store than I did with Gale. She made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the bras she recommended I try, and she helped me find 2 bras that fit me absolutely perfectly. She went into detail about each bra, how to wash/dry them, and she signed me up for rewards and explained the benefits. I never felt as if she was trying to get me to spend more money- it seemed like she genuinely cared. She even gave me $20 for my first time shopping there! I wish every customer service representative was like Gale. Highly recommend her and this store for beautiful bras that will fit you perfectly!”
“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Brooks Brothers in the Natick Mall. Needed a suit for a wedding three weeks from now. I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. Very happy I went to Brooks Brothers for the suit”

“I went into holister looking for a pair of jeans this one employee I’m not sure what his name was, but he had braids and was tall with glasses. He helped me order the jeans when we couldn’t find the size, and even showed me this super cute shirt! I also signed up for holister house which got me 10 dollars off!! He was super helpful!”

Every single employee I’ve met through out the past 15 years of going to this store has been nothing but helpful and kind. Everytime I come I leave feeling confident and always find something I love. “Everything But Water totally pulled through for me today when I needed a last-minute swimming suit for a swim with my friends! The lady who helped me this morning deserves an extra special shoutout (I forgot to ask her name but she has dark hair and piercings including an industrial and nostril, lol I'm sorry for the long identification but I want to make sure she gets credit for her amazingness)! She was incredibly kind while helping me find exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most was actually how she handled a technical difficulty with the cash register, where it randomly stopped working when I was about to check out. Since she was the only one working the storefront, she basically had to fix it herself by climbing under the register and reconnecting a bunch of wires with just a bit of over-the-phone guidance from tech support. In what I'm sure was a very stressful situation, she kept her cool and patience for nearly half an hour as she troubleshooted the issue, and she was super apologetic to me about it even though it wasn't even her fault. She also mentioned that she was only a few days into this job, making her professionalism even more astounding because if I were in her shoes I might've panicked! Thanks to her persistence, the register was fixed and I walked out of the store with the cutest swimsuit I've ever worn. All in all a 10/10 experience, with an associate who was a ray of sunshine!”
