“I had fabric Roman shades made through C&T Design in Natick. Staff was extremely helpful in making recommendations. Beautiful selection of fabrics to choose from. The functional shades were expertly installed and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!”

“At Lowe’s in Framingham - I had the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. The guys name was Mike I think - he’s the expert in lighting. Not only did he help me solve me problem with my light by suggesting an Amazing solution. When I was checking out he noticed I had done thing heavy - he took it from me and got me a cart and put the bag in the cart. Mike is an awesome employeee

“I drove an hour to get two Solar torch lights on clearance sale. I get to the front and they ring up as 1cent each. The manager said he cant sell them, I said the store should honor the price. "Nope". Then change it to the clearance price, and it was on the screen he could have entered it. "Nope, I need to throw them out" R U Freaking kidding me!! I bought a boat load of lights from this store and still like the place. But I just got screwed on this one.”

“While the Watertown store is so much closer for me, it is chaotic in there and West Roxbury is often the same. Since I was in Natick anyhow, I stopped in on a weekday around 10am to get one of those mesh screen door things that you walk through (it actually works, not bad for $15). Masks and sanitizer at the front door for anyone who needs/wants it, and I wandered around looking for the item (for whatever reason, the aisle/bin number wasn't online). After I gave up wandering, I flagged down Bruno who found it for me (thanks Bruno!) and headed to the self checkout. Only negative to the in-store experience was the woman in charge of this area: having someone who is friendly would be a bonus. I can't imagine the parking lot on weekends, so go on a weekday if you can (or right when they open on Saturday and Sunday). The entrance/exit onto Speen St has a traffic light and the Route 30 exit is right-turn only (unless you want to just take a left anyhow). HD stores are dog-friendly as well!!”
