“We used Supawash Laundry Center today to utilize their jumbo washers and dryers in order to wash and dry a large quantity of new towels in the least amount of time.

Not needing a laundromat in recent years, we were impressed with the jumbo sized washers and dryers, the abundant laundry wagons and folding areas. The entire business was immaculate. As I sat waiting, I observed an employee bend over to pick up a few small discards from the floor. It was clear she was conscientious about keeping things clean.

Flat screened TV’s, vending machines, a nice rest room, and plenty of seating made waiting a pleasant chore.

I must give a shout out to that aforementioned employee. Such a kind and lovely woman! Heidi assisted us in all manner of ways- from assuring us that all of our towels would fit in one load, to advising us on how much detergent to use for the jumbo machine, to setting the controls and getting my credit card to read. Later, on the dryer end, Heidi correctly estimated and set the amount of drying time needed.

Business owner, take note: Heidi is a tremendous asset to your well-run business.

If you find yourself needing a laundromat, take my advice and drive the extra distance to Supawash.”

“Linda was sweet and wonderful. I happened to purchase a unique dress from an online shop and ordered it too big. The straps on it, were a unique stitching style which made it be difficult to be altered in the time frame I had. Linda took the time, and gave me honest suggestions to aid me to pin it. I do not know many tailors who would offer suggestions to aid in a situation where it couldn't be done. She helpped me, a novice to say the least, make it work in the time frame I had. I am grateful. “Drain on our washer clogged last night, and this was the only place open at 8pm where I could get the wet, half washed laundry finished. Found it clean and machines easy to use (bonus, it's all done with a smart card that you can load with a credit card or cash, no quarters required). Downside, no place to sit inside an wait and no public restroom. Still, I'd come back to wash bulky items or if our washer wasn't working.”
